We started making fishing line in 2005 and never outsourced a step of it. Spinning, braiding, dyeing, coating and spooling all happen in our own facility — which is why the spec sheet bends to your order, and why every batch behaves like the last one.
Today the floor runs more than 500 braiding machines with a daily capacity of 1,000,000 meters across braid, fluorocarbon and monofilament. Every batch crosses a calibrated test bench before it ships: diameter held to ±0.010 mm, measured breaks running 5–10% above the label rating, and full length on every spool.
We supply US tackle shops, rig builders, charter operations and private-label brands — from a single 1,000 m bulk spool to full retail programs with your name on the packaging.
