How custom packaging is quoted

The dividing line is whether you need a printed carton or just a custom label sticker.

Bulk spool with your label sticker	From 1 spool (1,000 m). We design your logo and label sticker — no printing setup fee.
Retail spools with your label sticker, no printed carton	From 100 pieces per SKU. We design your logo and label sticker — no printing setup fee.
Printed carton — 2,000 pcs or more	MOQ 2,000 pcs, carton printing fee waived.
Printed carton — under 2,000 pcs	Minimum 100 pcs, but a separate carton printing fee applies (printing runs a 2,000-unit minimum).
Carton printing setup fee	$200, charged separately. Once your cumulative custom quantity reaches 2,000 pcs, the $200 is refunded.

Private-label packaging: what buyers ask

Can you put my brand, logo and own design on the spool and the box?

Yes. On the spool we apply a custom label sticker with your logo and text, designed in-house or set from your own artwork: retail spools with your sticker from 100 pieces per SKU, or a 1,000 m bulk spool with your sticker from 1 spool. For a retail box, choose a printed carton: from 100 pieces with a one-time $200 printing setup fee, refunded once your cumulative custom quantity reaches 2,000 pieces, and no fee from 2,000 pieces. You own your brand and artwork; we reproduce them only for your order.

Can the label and box carry my brand name and company address?

Yes. The spool label can carry your requirements, including your brand name, address and other text you supply, and a printed carton carries your full artwork. We can design the label for you or work from your files.

Can packaging be made for a specific spool length?

Yes. Packaging is matched to the line type and length: braid boxes are sized to spool length, and fluorocarbon leader packs are sized by length and pound test. Tell us the length per spool, the quantity and whether you want a sticker or a printed carton, and we spec the packaging and quote it in writing.
