For Tackle Brands

Your label. Our floor. From 100 pieces per SKU.

Most factories want a container before they will print your name on a spool. We run private-label trial runs from 100 pieces per SKU, on line that is spun, braided, dyed, coated and pull-tested under one roof — so you can test a market with real product, then scale the ones that sell.

The brand's problem

Three things every tackle brand runs into with private label

A line brand lives or dies on repeat purchase. That needs a factory that will start small, hold quality when you scale, and not put its own name between you and your customer.

Minimums

Minimums are set for someone else

Most factories quote a container before they quote a label

Trial runs from 100 pieces per SKU
  • Launching five sizes at a container each means betting on all five before one has sold
  • Reselling a big name instead leaves no differentiation and no margin
  • Trading companies quote low minimums — then hand your spec to a factory you never see
Consistency

Repeat purchase is the whole business

The second spool has to be identical to the first

±0.010 mm, rated strength held, batch after batch
  • Batch drift shows up as one-star reviews about 'the new batch'
  • Inflated pound-test ratings become break-offs with your name on the box
  • A factory that outsources spinning or coating cannot control either
Launch

Line is only half the product

Packaging, label, photography and a story sell the spool

In-house packaging design and launch visuals
  • A good line in a weak box sits on the shelf
  • Printers have their own minimums, and every layer adds a month
  • Sourcing line, spool, label and box from four suppliers means four schedules
What you get instead

One floor, from fiber to the box on the shelf

How it works

Four steps from a spec to your label on the shelf

Step 1

Spec it together

Your waters, your customers, your price point. We help spec construction, coating, sizes and colors — and ship a free sample spool from US stock.

Step 2

Trial run

From 100 pieces per SKU with your label. Packaging designed in-house; printed boxes with a one-time setup fee.

Step 3

Launch

DDP door-to-door with duties handled. Launch-ready visual assets so the product lands sellable.

Step 4

Scale what sells

Reorder the SKUs that move, batch-tested to the same spec. Add sizes as the line proves itself.

Straight answers

Questions tackle brands ask

What is the real minimum for private label?
100 pieces per SKU when using logo stickers or spool labels without a printed box. Custom printed boxes are also possible at 100 pieces, but carry a one-time USD 200 print setup because the printer has its own minimum.
Do you make the line, or source it?
We make it. UHMWPE fiber spinning, braiding, dyeing, coating and spooling are all in-house on our own floor in Dongyang, Zhejiang — the region that produces roughly 60% of the world's fishing line. Video factory tours and on-site visits are welcome.
Can you develop a spec for my market rather than sell me a catalogue item?
Yes. Tell us your waters and your customers' target fish and we help spec a product that fits — construction, weave density, coating, sizes and colors.
Can I get test reports?
Every batch is pull-tested before dispatch and batch data is available with orders. Because of the number of SKUs we do not hold a material test report for every size; if a report is required we arrange third-party lab testing for that order.
Who owns my artwork and brand?
You do. We reproduce your logos and artwork solely for your order and claim no right in your brand.
How are payment and shipping handled?
PayPal for smaller amounts, card payment by secure link, or T/T bank transfer; no credit terms. Shipping is DDP door-to-door — duties handled by us and included in the invoice. Air to the US typically 7–12 days.
How do I evaluate the line first?
Ask for the free 150 m Pro Grade X8 sample spool from US stock. Fish it, cut it, test it against what you sell today — then we spec your run.
