A printed retail box matched to the line type and spool length: braid boxes, fluorocarbon leader disc packs, display discs, or disc plus box. The one-time USD 200 print setup is refunded once your cumulative custom orders reach 2,000 pieces.

What you send us for artwork

Your logo as a vector file if you have one, the brand name, address and any other text the label must carry, and color references. No files yet? Send a rough idea and we design for your approval. You own the brand and artwork; we reproduce them only for your order.

Your waters, your customers' target fish, your price point. We help spec construction, coating, sizes and colors. US customers can request the free 150 m Pro Grade X8 sample from our US overseas warehouse first.

Step 2

Trial run

From 100 pieces per SKU with your logo sticker or spool label; printed cartons from the same quantity with the one-time USD 200 print setup. The written quote states the schedule.

Step 3

Launch

DDP door-to-door when that term is on your quote, duties handled and included in the invoice. Air to the US typically 7–12 days. Launch-ready visuals come with the packaging.

Step 4

Scale what sells

Reorder the SKUs that move, made to the same spec and pull-tested batch by batch. Add sizes and colors as the line proves itself.

What is the minimum order for private label fishing line?

Trial runs start at 100 pieces per SKU with your logo sticker or spool label and no printed box. Printed boxes are also possible from 100 pieces with a one-time USD 200 print setup fee, refunded once cumulative custom orders reach 2,000 pieces. Labelled bulk spools start from one 1,000 m spool.

Do you manufacture the line or source it from other factories?

We manufacture it. UHMWPE fiber spinning, braiding, dyeing, coating and spooling all run in-house on our own floor in Dongyang, Zhejiang, since 2005. Video factory tours and on-site visits are welcome. We are not a trading company that hands your spec to an unseen mill.

Can I put my own brand or logo on fishing line spools?

Yes. Retail spools carry your logo sticker or spool label from 100 pcs/SKU, and a film-wrapped bulk spool carries your adhesive logo from one spool. Printed retail cartons are available from 100 pcs with a one-time USD 200 setup, refunded at 2,000 pcs cumulative custom. You own your artwork and brand.

Who owns the artwork and brand on a private-label run?

You do. BulkSpool reproduces your logos and artwork solely for your order and claims no right in your brand. Labels can carry your brand name, address and any other text you supply. We design the label and carton in-house for your approval, or set them directly from your own files.

How do I evaluate the line before putting my name on it?

US customers can request the free 150 m Pro Grade X8 sample from our US overseas warehouse; we arrange this sample for US customers only. Fish it, cut it and test it against what you sell today, then we spec your trial run. Fluorocarbon leader samples ship from the factory in China; tell us diameters and finish.

How are payment and shipping handled for OEM orders?

PayPal for smaller amounts, card payment by secure link, or T/T bank transfer; we do not offer credit terms. Shipping is typically quoted DDP door-to-door with duties handled and included in the invoice when that term applies. Air freight to the US typically takes 7–12 days; terms for your country are stated on the written quote.

How is this different from buying wholesale from a US tackle distributor?

Typical US wholesale catalogues mostly resell branded bulk, so you inherit someone else's brand economics and limited differentiation.
