1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you (a business or individual acting for a business) and BulkSpool, a fishing line manufacturer in Dongyang, Zhejiang, China. Our products are sold for commercial use — respooling services, rig building, charters, retail and private label — not for consumer purchase through this site.
2. Product information is illustrative until quoted
Specifications, diameter tables, pound-test figures, colors, capacities and any cost examples on this site describe our range and our typical performance. They are provided to help you specify, not as an offer. Exact diameter, rated strength, color, spool length, packaging, price and lead time for your order are fixed only in a written quote or order confirmation from us. Strength ratings on our labels reflect batch pull-test averages; individual results vary within normal manufacturing tolerance.
3. Quotes, orders and minimums
Bulk spools start from a single 1,000 m spool for in-stock specifications. Private-label runs start from 100 pieces per SKU; custom printed packaging carries a separate one-time print setup charge stated in the quote. Specifications outside our published tables are made to order and may carry their own minimum. A quote is valid for the period stated on it (30 days unless otherwise written). An order is confirmed when we issue an order confirmation and, where applicable, receive the agreed deposit.
4. Samples
A 150 m Pro Grade Braid PE X8 retail spool is available free from our US stock for qualified business enquiries, subject to availability. Bulk-spool samples ship from our factory in China; sample freight is quoted separately and refunded against your first order. Samples are for evaluation and are not a warranty that a later production batch is identical in every respect.
5. Payment
We accept PayPal, card payment by secure link, and bank transfer (T/T). We do not extend credit terms. Payment schedule (deposit and balance) is stated on each quote. Prices are in US dollars unless the quote says otherwise.
6. Shipping and delivery
Standard in-stock orders dispatch within 7 days of confirmed payment. Custom and private-label lead times are stated on the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, we ship DDP (delivered duty paid), meaning freight and import duties are included in the invoiced amount and you do not handle customs yourself. Typical air transit to the United States is 7–12 days; faster express options are available at additional cost. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for carrier or customs delays outside our control.
7. Quality, inspection and claims
Every batch is pull-tested before dispatch. Please inspect goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product does not meet the specification on your order confirmation — for example rated strength or diameter outside stated tolerance — tell us in writing with photos and batch details within that period and we will replace the affected goods at no charge. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or fish.
8. Private label and your intellectual property
When you supply logos, artwork or brand names for private-label production, you confirm you own or are licensed to use them and you authorise us to reproduce them solely for your order. We do not claim any right in your brand. Our own brand names, photos, videos, diameter tables and site content remain our property; you may quote our specifications when reselling our line but may not copy site content wholesale.
9. Use of this site
You may browse the site and use its tools (the spool calculator, spec-sheet download and AI assistant) for genuine sourcing purposes. Do not scrape the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use the AI assistant to obtain information for competing manufacturing. The AI assistant gives general product guidance based on our knowledge base; it does not issue quotes, and anything it says is subject to human confirmation in writing.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any order are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will always try to resolve any issue directly with you first; if that fails, disputes go to the competent court at our registered location, unless a written contract between us says otherwise.
